Fibre imaging and characterization for SMLM

• This tool is to automatically detect the molecular clusters with user-defined sizes from single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) data and provide XY, YZ, XZ projections and other relevant features for the observation and further filtering for the experts.
• The FindFibres works in a full searching way. It accepts SMLM data as the input and will present the found objects in a result page for experts' further filtering.
